I think i speak for everyone that we want strike specific loot back and old raid armor back , the ild raid armors looked so way better

Strike specific loot? Nah....NF loot replaced it and its way better Old raid armor ? Guess you had to do them when they were up ...I have them unlocked
-
We don't need strike specific loot... You don't speak for everybody.

Edited by Ghostfire239: 6/12/2022 9:04:15 AMAgreed. Strike specific armour was awesome in D1 and I thought they were going to double down on it. Instead they just scrapped it. I’d be happy to see old raids return (along with their Age of Triumph ornaments). Especially King’s Fall and Crota’s End

The best thing that could happen to the Destiny franchise would be if Bungie got down on their hands and knees and licked Activision’s boots. If Bungie begged Activision to come back with their 2 studios of development support. It’s obvious Bungie cannot create genre leading NEW content. It’s reissue, rehash, reskin or port over from D1, then hype as new since the split with Activision.

Edited by hate n payne: 6/13/2022 1:24:54 PMThere is no point in having 2 different strike options. They need to remove Heroic strikes and allow Nightfalls to be rotatable like Heroic strikes but allow players to access difficulty up to Master at least. Bungie keeps adding content they feel they can handle but it always gets left behind due to never being updated via QOL updates that are highly needed. I agree with what you said though. Anybody who believes that the system for NFs are better than what we had in D1 is delusional. D1 strike loot was not gated by power leveling, a chance and difficulty. You just played the game as it should and got rewarded for it.

Nah, fam. New ideas & gear > old

+10000

I can tell you what i want back. Activision. Bungie is horrible these days.
-
If you want the D1 experience, go play D1. This is why we’re not getting new and unique -blam!- in D2, because you kids keep asking Bungie to bring over stuff from D1.
-
First of all i want good and enjoyable strikes!

You speak for yourself. Only yourself.

Edited by CAD1420Z: 6/12/2022 7:51:58 PMI'd like to just say this to people wanting Activision back: They helped produce Diablo Immortal, a mobile game cashgrab banking on nostalgia and half decent gameplay with the most insidious pricing scheme on a beloved franchise we've ever seen. With 20+ currencies, one of which condenses SIX MONTHS OF FREE PLAY into one activity reward when used to the fullest extent. Said currency is priced in such a way to make you spend 25$ at a time to get the most "convenient" amount. We literally do not want the Devil of Gaming back.

What, just to add more unnecessary padded playtime? This isn't even me being sarcastic, I'm asking a legit question. Have you guys not been paying attention to the game you've been playing? Anytime old gear/weapons better known as a "carrot" is brought back they either end up getting nerfed or they are not even worth the time using. This is only an example. Take the hype that Bungie pushed in our face literally interrupting our game to sell an ornament for it. Felwinter's lie that the hype for it was over-advertised by Bungie and a lot of the community. We don't need "carrots" we need engaging content, replayable content that at least has some sort of value.
-
You don't speak for me, so please don't try. What I want, you ain't got.
-
I think the current Nightfall loot system is better than the old strike loot system. I would argue that we need more enemy themed gear like the old strike look used to be but that is a bit of a different argument. I want the old raids back (at least rotated in), because that gets us the raid and the armor. Plus a handful of weapons.

Edited by Hippo: 6/12/2022 8:24:38 AMYou really don't speak for everyone, we want new content so be careful what you wish for...

The Age Of Triumph raid ornaments are part of the Destiny 1 Identity and are never coming to D2
-
Grandmasters are quite literally strike specific loot. Complain about something else.
