Heavy Handed work with Consecration?
I have been trying out different mods with the new titan melee and it seems like heavy handed does not work with it? Is anyone else having issues or am I wrong?

Not working for me either. Probably related to the full melee energy only being consumed on the second activation. The same issue occurred for months with Shiver Strike, since the second half of energy was consumed at the end of the ability as well.
