As of Aztecross' latest dps video, It's been revealed that Thundercrash Titan using Cuirass of Falling Star does 435,901k damage while Celestial Nighthawk GG with full setup is only doing 311,318k. That is mind boggling when you consider Thundercrash has no setup involved, does its damage as an AOE, grants the player an overshield and has a lower base cooldown than GG. Looking at Golden Gun however, not only are you heavily punished for missing your precision shot (Less DMG, No CD refund) something very common due to the fact you will most likely be trying to hit a moving boss with very small crit spot, You're also required to use your Grenade ability or Throwing Knife Melee (For scorch stacks GG can pop) on top of that you're also required to get the radiant buff via a teammate (Unreliable), using your hunter dodge, or using your throwing knife melee. Given all those circumstances there is no fathomable reason a zero risk no setup required super like thundercrash should be doing 124,583k more.

I fully agree, while it is nice that blade barrage is viable for content other than crucible it should not have come at the cost of golden gun. It is now the least damaging burst super and it is harder to hit than thundercrash and blade barrage. Even when the solar buffs came out last patch hunters did not get touched in the slightest whereas titans big hammer now does more damage than it.
