Celestial Nighthawk's super energy return on kill reduced from 33% to 25%
No mention of it anywhere, has been the case since the new season was released. Doesn't matter what you kill and even killing multiple enemies with overpenetration has no effect, always returns only 25%, used to return 33% instead.
