I am trying to get the latest Prime Gaming bundle. I haven't gotten one of these to work since January (as my redemption history has informed me). I tried unlinking, relinking, clearing cache before and after that process, and even attempted using a completely different browser. But I still have not seen any progress. The Prime Gaming page always says I have already claimed the content. Meanwhile my redemption history says nothing, and Amanda is pretending like I don't exist. Is there some magical fix I am not privy to?
Also, why is it that we have to make a thread on the forums for answers instead of sending an email to some support dedicated account? It is incredibly disheartening looking up this exact scenario and finding thread after thread of people having the exact same problem with no answer. But I am making this thread anyways because this is what both Prime Gaming AND Bungie recommend doing on their troubleshooting sections.
