Every time I select the piercing sidearm mod in the artifact screen it won’t work. After I select it (yes I have points available), and exit the screen I don’t have to mod available. When I go back into the artifact screen it hasn’t been purchased. I’ve tried resetting the artifact and it’s the same thing every time. HELP PLEASE!
