caliban's hand with melee wellmaker
melee wellmaker mods don't work on proximity knife explosions (it works when direct hit kills but if it direct hits then explodes it won't spawn any wells)
is this intentional? or is it a bug, i hope it's a bug cause it's annoying and i can't have fun with my mods because it feels so inconsistent
