2nd boss encounter (the trio) of the [b]duality dungeon[/b] Shoot the bell to go to the nightmare world (Normally is isn't the first bell it take a couple times) At the moment of swapping dimension it kill your character. I'm usually next to the bell. Would say repro rate is about 5% ish. Is there any workaround for this? I have a video but can't put it here.
