I know 4 certain ive unlocked the anti barrier pistol mod already and when i got new unlock today i saw it showed wasnt unlocked well when i clicked on it to unlock it made the sound etc like normal but kept letting me unlock it and the armor mod doesnt show up as an option to select and on one piece of armor already had it equipped its dulled out like it wouldnt work if did use it and all this just started in last day or 2 not sure why
