Hi, Not sure if this is known. I play on PS4. Quite often when I start the game (using a disk), if I'm not in Earth orbit, when I go to the tower, the video hangs. You get all the sound effects but the screen stays black when you beam in. You can access you character inventory screen but that's it. Stopping and starting the game again fixes the issue (you're in Earth orbit then). Happens most of the time for me.
