Hey!
With the change to Resilience giving it a 40% damage reduction PvE and the flinch resist in both PvP and PvE, made Resilience to literally the best stat in the game and its not even close.
This has forced every player to roll high resilience, which I'm actually really happy with, but a stat that no one use beside hunters is mobility...
My wish for mobility is to make it as desirable as Resilience and Recovery for every class and not just Hunters.
Because at the moment I feel when it comes to both Warlock and Titans can pick both Resilience and Recovery without having to worry about mobility and therefor has a much better time build crafting than Hunters that are forced to go Mobility.
My ideas for the changes to Mobility would make it just as desirable like the other 2, and I would love to hear what you guys think of these changes.
PvP & PvE: Mobility will now be tied to in air accuracy and at 100 mobility you will now get +40 to in air accuracy.
and similar to resilience this one will start out low, and quickly ramp up after tier 5
(quick note reason I set it to +40 and not +50 is because I still want Stompees to have a negative side to using them)
PvE only: Having a 100 mobility will now make your movement the same as wearing stompees. (this will stack with stompees and lightweight weapons).
also depending on how high your mobility is the higher chance you have to dodge bullets.
so at tier 1 you have a 4% chance to dodge bullets and at tier 10 you have a 40% chance to dodge bullets. (will not work against burns and melees)

Titans should have the intrinsic resilience buff, and warlocks should have an intrinsic recovery buff. The buff titans receive should be slightly less due to titan skating and due to how much more easily resilience can sway a fight. Warlocks should also receive less of a intrinsic buff to recovery, but not to the same extent as titans due to only having warlock skating and the fact recovery doesn’t sway fights as much as resilience.
