Red border Empirical Evidence wont drop for me
I stupidly dismantled the one I got from the campaign, and I haven't had a single Empirical Evidence drop since. I've opened chests, killed HVT's, patrols, and weekly missions/activity since launch and no luck. I need the pattern for the quest.
