HUGE fps drop. Game seems to not be using gpu at all? (SOLVED)
Came back to play since new season dropped. Usually get around 90+ fps
Reinstalled the game, opened it.. everything is fine until after the Press Enter prompt on the title screen.
Game goes from smooth animations to 6 fps instantly.
Thought maybe it wasnt using the correct GPU. Made sure to check that it was using my nvidia gpu.
Everything says it was, but it was not getting any performance at all.
Decided to see what would happen if i tried making the game run on integrated gpu instead. No change, still 6 fps.
Why is the game refusing to actually run with my nvidia gpu and lying that it is?
All my other games work fine, tried verifying and all that. no change.
I feel like it's not even using my integrated either since i think even that would get more than 6 fps.
What did they do?

UPDATE (SOLVED!!):
After trying everything, I did the last thing that I thought might help.
I downgraded back to w10 from w11, and now the game works perfectly!
I'm not sure if there was a problem with my windows install, or if it was w11 itself causing issues, but this is what worked for me. Such a weird issue though ^^

This is still an issue after the small update and reset on May 31. Still getting only 7 fps, even on character select screen, and the game using no resources at all. I've linked a video to show my issue. It's not frame drops, it's not getting frames at all in the first place.

Same here with a RX 6800 normally run 120+ on 1440p now max 85 with drops to 9 fps

Same issue and it’s bad. Running a msi 3080 ti setting all the same as before. Never have I had an issue. This is strictly a gaming pc with minimal extras loaded on here. A very capable rig. Never have I had the issues I’m having now. I’ll go from 180 fps down to 30 fps when I use my supper. This has never been an issue until now

They need to address the memory leak and the VRAM leak. I unfortunately got affected by the VRAM leak back during WQ but this season amplified it to the point where I can no longer play because I get what feels like negative fps, on top of my gaming being slow as hell and stuttering. Good thing I didn't buy WQ nor the seasons, or else I'd be really pissed right now. And of course, just when I was looking to get back into the game, to see if I want to spend my money on it, i can't even play because of a stupid VRAM leak, LOL. Hopefully this bs gets addressed sooner rather than later but knowing Bungo, I ain't holding my breath.

I'm having the SAME issue since the season came out!! WTF!! Paid like $115 for this game's season pass not even 3 months ago and now I can't play it? I know it's not my PC hardware because other games running CLEAN (Warzone, God of War, Apex) and I even ran a bench test. Absolutely ridiculous for this to even be an issue but I hope they get me an answer before I go looking for my money back.

2 RepliesSounds like same issue for me. frame rate drops to about 10 after i load into any environment (tower, mars,etc). Everything worked fine prior to the update. GPU is nvidia 1070

Such drastic FPS drops suddenly after pressing the button on the title screen, along with you saying it doesn't seem to be using your graphics card at all is why I ask. If you have Citrix installed, uninstall it to see if your issue resolves itself. It's remote-access software that some peope use to work outside of the office. If you don't have it installed, carry on and hopefully some of the other community members that know more about PC workings can help.

Hey ! i got the same problem, but he turn on my gpu, but play at 144 fix, and go into 30 for 2-3sec with no reason .. i have a : 3070ti so it's not from my gpu
