[Bug] Legacy:Shadowkeep "In Search of Answers" bugged. Cannot progress campaign
Basically the quest starts and there is no dialogue or objective markers like there's supposed to be according to walkthroughs. The objective text states "Investigate Hive Activity: Head to Sorrow's Harbor and investigate the strange Hive congregations within," but nothing occurs if you head to Sorrow's harbor or kill enemies. It seems it's bugged in it's entirety.

Bungie has completely destroyed this game... They will never ever get new players now. In the past week I have tried to do new light mission and legacy shadow keep and I cannot complete either due to bugs... I'm just about ready to walk away sadly

Also is bugged in step 16 of the quest. Quest wont update or progress at all and I have restarted the game and abandoned the quest mutliple times. No enemies spawn on the way to pyramid or inside it . I have been all the way to the artifact and investigated it but nothing happens. The way point is pointing the wrong direction.

I grabbed it from the flag, went into the Altars area and the Ghost started talking about the rituals and the tablets objective appeared. I completed it and it went ahead with the Contact Eris step which also worked.

Hi all, I've found a work around for the issue and listed it in a comment here, but the issue seems to be Altars of Sorrow. I just encounter the same issue, when I was trying to complete it on my Hunter. Quest says investigate hive activity and bugs out. Triggering the conversation in a tunnel towards the sorrow harbor is possible (not always) but after that quest bugs out.

This might be better suited as its own post, but I’ve encountered this issue on the quests Cold Boot and Risk/Reward as well. Anytime there’s a public event in the area, it takes precedence over the quest and doesn’t allow the quest steps to prompt. The only way around this seems to be pure luck; join an area zone where no public event is active.

I am also stuck here. Tried for well o er an hour this morning with a friend of mine who JUST BOUGHT SHADOWKEEP. He's already trying to get his money back. =( And I look stupid for talking him into buying it....

Spent more time than I'm proud to say going back and forth through that tunnel, visiting Eris, close the game, restart, and repeat before I gave up and decided it was broken lol. Bungie send help plz

Yup on memory of eriana 3 it needs me to kill a group of lunar scavengers, which I explicitly remember seeing last season. Now they are nowhere to be found.
