So I've been banned on Destiny 2 for about 2 months now for network issues. I got the first warning a week before I got banned and after that I of course did everything I could to make it better like switching to ethernet and changing NAT types. And it helped. However I still got permanently banned after this and I can't explain it. I've contacted so many community managers and people that i'm supposed to be able to talk to. Bungie instantly rejected my unban appeal without even telling me what I actually did wrong. If there is any moderator reading this or someone that can help me I would appreciate it. I've put 5000 hours and tons of money into the game and it would be shame if it was all for waste. All i simply want is to talk to someone at Bungie because i keep getting ignored like i commited a crime or something.
