Not receiving emails despite re-applying for them

I have opted in for the bungie emails in order to get guardian games results On week one I didn't receive an email, so I have done the suggested fix as told by someone who has received it. After week two I still have not received one despite re-applying for the emails several times. Apparently the backend issue should also have been fixed by now. Both 1st and 4th options are checked, and my email is verified.

We have concluded that most players are affected due to unsubscribing at one point in time and then resubscribing later.
