Am I boned?

I know the Bungie store is different from here but I contacted customer service almost a week ago with no response on an incorrect seal pin received from what I ordered. It said that support has had increased volume than usual but a whole week? Am I boned or has anyone else had an issue similar to me? If anyone else has had this issue? what was the outcome, cause I really don't want to buy it second hand at a crazy marked up price.
