Hi everyone reading,
I was just banned permanently for having a tool open that I use in the total war franchise to give myself more money in single player. It was only open in the background, and I didn't use it at all while the game was open (ie select a process, and filter # values that I want to change in said process), but I was still banned. I've already made an appeal, but do you think there's any chance of Bungie overturning this, they make it sound like they almost never overturn decisions, even going so far as to say that my ticket might not even warrant a response. I understand it's against TOS, but it was just an honest mistake. It sucks to have sunk time and money into the game and then be perma-banned cause I was an idiot and forgot to close the program before switching games.

You can be banned for just having cheat engine open and not activating anything. Bungie has the right to ban you for anything and you decided to leave a cheat program open. This ban is entirely your fault
