Per the TWAB about special ammo being changed. I revisited this discussion about secondary weapons with a buddy, who swears that secondary weapons don't exist in D2. It seems, to me, (as I'm trying to understand the TWAB) that: 1. people are using two weapons that were considered primary weapons, per D1, in D2. 2. Bungie does not want people to use secondary weapons, labeled Energy in D2, as a primary weapon. 2.1 thus changing how special ammo will be in the economy. 3. Secondary, labeled energy, weapons are never stronger than their primary, labeled Kinetic, twin... example, take a primary scout with the same RPM and power level of a secondary scout, which will have a burn, and the primary scout will deal more damage; with the exception of shooting through an energy sheild. This is another/one of the factors, as to why a secondary weapon is... a secondary weapon, because it's weaker. Am I right in how I see this? Are special weapons just secondary weapons and Bungie doesn't want them to be used as primary weapons???? A Bungie mod would be appreciated, but any and all help is welcome!
