I have charged with light mods, elemental well mods, high energy fire to spend it. I tick all the boxes for it working, but it does not buff me with CwL. My Aspects: Tectonic Harvest Behemoth My Mods: Elemental Shards, Elemental Charge, High Energy Fire, Taking Charge, Font of Might I have included a video as I was not able to last time. It happened to me last week and randomly fixed itself, another Stag Warlock reported this issue as well to my knowledge. Did not take video, but if I put on empowered finisher, it will take my super energy and not give me charged with light either.
