Arc Siphon not interacting with Arc CWL mods
The Arc Siphon helmet armor mod does not count as a "Arc mod" for the purposes of getting the additional effects of Powerful Friends, Lucent Blade, Heavy Handed, Reactive Pulse, or Radiant Light.
Haven't seen this mentioned yet so I thought I'd share. Pardon the atrocious transmog.
