Not sure this will help everybody having Prime issues but I finally got someone helpful at amazon! If you follow this link in an incognito browser after logging out of your Bungie acct ( so copy-paste). It will relink Prime to your Bungie acct and unfortunately, you will not get back any already claimed and not delivered items but all future items will be delivered. I at least got this months even though I missed last months because Prime somehow got Revoked permissions.
