I don't know about this man. I would probably agree that warlocks have a jack of all trades currently in terms of supers, but all classes have the same exact problem with exotics. I think it's a multifaceted issue as, the exotics that are prevalent are usually movement exotics or straight damage bonus to your super, the former is tough to change in PVP and the latter especially in PVE. There is someone in my clan who rocks frostees also, for the record. The issue with class abilities is that both titans and warlocks possess a preemptive ability whereas hunters possess a reactive one that gives active damage negation and a get out of jail free card if under fire. Titan's barrier is still the only class ability affected by champion mods, which i think is ridiculous, but whatever. I think the fix here is to give hunters an alternative to dodge with arc and solar 3.0, one that is more oriented around benefiting your team, or maybe simply making the benefits from dodge apply to teammates within radius as well like solution 1 suggests. In terms of supers, there is one type of super that hunters do not possess, which is a roaming projectile super. I am not sure how much you have played Titan, but I can assure you glacial quake is nowhere as good as you think it is. The problem is simple, silence and squall is a one and done archetype with a lingering effect where as the others are roaming, titan's being roaming melee and warlocks are roaming projectile. Outside of stasis i still think Dawnblade is kind of nuts but only because of icarus dash; otherwise the arc and void supers (fist, arcstaff/sentinel,spectral are near identical length and damage resistance wise between titan and hunter. (Unless it has been changed because its been a while since i read the list) The difference lay in how much super is consumed on attack, and block. Sentinel and fist are tied at 11 seconds when light attacking, and arcstaff and spectral are 12 and 16 seconds when attacking, respectively. These supers are the easiest to compare because functionally they are the same. If you think hit detection is bad on spectral, you should see sentinel; I think I still have some clips on Xbox of me literally meleeing a warlock thrice before it actually connected. Thundercrash ironically is not even worth mentioning without Falling star, because similarly to Golden Gun needing celestial in a pve burst damage environment, it is 100% necessary to use falling star. Bubble has been nerfed twice over the past two seasons. The first nerf was tying how much health the bubble has to resilience, and it's not no small potatoes either; practically an exponential ramp of health the higher the resilience with 100 being what it normally was before this nerf. The second nerf makes it do 25% instead of 35%. I am not mentioning this to say these supers are bad, but rather just saying that the fair share of nerfs have been passed around. I agree with the notion that there are more skilled hunters since there are fractionally a higher percentage of them. I do not agree with the idea that there are some that are higher skilled out of all classes since we do not have any concrete numbers on this, plus if hunters were worse then we should see less of a percentage of them.
