Subject says it. Rally-to-flag points (e.g. 2nd one in Wellspring, the one at the 'courtyard' encounter in Legendary The Ritual) don't work. Don't get the prompt after waiting for several seconds after the banner goes up. Have seen it come up "late" once, when we all just stood there (Wellspring) and waited for about 15 seconds. Other locations appear to work fine. Needs fixing.
