I was running Vanguard activities a few days ago and I saw an exotic engram pop from an enemy. Once the fighting was over and I went to pick it up the exotic engram had become a legendary. I know I saw the exotic pop up in the air, I saw it flying. Am I missing something? Seeing things? Has this happened to anyone else?
