Dear Bungie, Arc Conductor on Riskrunner states, "...Kills extend the time in this overcharged state.", however, this only applies to the bullets fired and NOT the chain lightning which is the majority of kills you get with the weapon in PvE. This causes players to lose Arc Conductor prematurely, even if they are getting a bunch of kills with Riskrunner. I ask that you allow both bullet AND chain lightning kills with Riskrunner to extend the duration of Arc Conductor.
