Need to add a gun stat roll ghost mod
I mean we have it for armor but then where are the guns because not too long ago I got really ticked when I got a very powerful hand cannon then I reloaded the gun and it took 10 seconds (around)! I just wanna make it so I can get faster reload weapons.
