I took a break after Season of the Hunt and just now returned to Destiny for Witch Queen and I noticed that I am missing full sets of holiday universal ornaments that I purchased for bright dust. These sets are the two Warlock Halloween sets (The red skeleton one and the Blood Lineage Vampire one) and the Year 1 Dawning Winterheart set. Apparently, this was mentioned in a TWAB a while back as a known issue. Has anyone experienced this problem? Does anyone know a way to recover lost items? I submitted a support case to Bungie and they immediately closed it with a canned response that they have no responsibility to player inventories and to go pull the accidentally deleted items from the collection. As many of you are of course aware you cannot delete Universal Ornaments, you can't pull them from collections, and the holiday sets cannot even be seen in the collection unless it's unlocked on the account. All of this Bungie is certainly aware of. So a big screw you, we are not responsible for our buggy inventory that cost you 18000 bright dust worth of irrecoverable stuff. After this experience, I will never again purchase ANYTHING for Silver as it can just disappear for no reason and Bungie's response will be screw you pound salt.
