Give Jade Rabbit a different exotic perk

Chaining body shots for bonus precision damage is underwhelming and useless. It's just like a special legendary and also outshined by Dead Man's Tale. Rework the rabbit, please.

Intrinsic Overload... we have 3 Anti Barrier and 3 Unstoppable exotics but only 1 overload, aka Divinity.... 99.99% of players dont have it bc they never did GoS, much less get the puzzle done
