Stoking The Flame Quest Still Missing After Update 1.038

I am unable to unlock the Solar subclass after remaking my hunter. Neither Ikora nor the Quest Archive has the "Stoking The Flame" quest. As far as I can tell Update 1.038 on 3 March 2022 was supposed to fix this issue but clearly hasn't for some. I don't know how to proceed as I really can't be expected to start over again. Has anyone managed to solve this?

Allo there, The quest is still bugged unfortunately. Bungie is currently investigating this issue.
