Bug with: "Volatile flow" Mod + "Elemental Well dilation"

Platform: PC/Steam PC specs: can run the game fine, no issues prior Running my void titan today and wanted to test a tank build with Flow and Dilation to have a constant uptime on rounds Normal time of flow being active: 15seconds Time after equipping 2 flows and dilation: 10 seconds Unknown if its the dilation itself, or the new mods not working well with older mods. I assume the later as even the void mod "Well of tenacity" also only lasts for 3-5 seconds while dilation is equipped

Volatile Flow and Elemental Time Dilation don't work together - in the perk text for VF it says additional copies do not provide benefit. I tested this in the Shuro Chi checkpoint and got 17 seconds of volatile rounds every time I got a void elemental well, and with Echo of Instability I got 9 seconds of volatile rounds after a grenade kill. Not sure if Echo of Instability works differently in Crucible or Gambit (and elemental wells don't work in Crucible anyway) but that's what I found. Also, the only buffs I had on my screen were Shuro Chi's Song (from the activity), Void Overshield (because of the Bastion aspect) and Volatile Rounds when it was activated. I also tried Well of Tenacity, and I guess that doesn't stack on purpose because of how much damage resistance it gives now (similarly to how Protective Light doesn't stack with multiple copies of itself). Although it's entirely possible the WoT timer is bugged and should provide a longer timer with ETD.
