Hello Bungie, I have the same problem as the Youtuber. I made a mistake with the cross save because unfortunately I had chosen the wrong one and now all my chrakats are gone (still saved on XBOX). Unfortunately I can't deactivate my cross save because I bought silver on my XBOX. How can I proceed? Can you perhaps deactivate my cross save so that I can access my XBOX character again?

Hi there! Bungie is not able to deactivate the 90 day cooldown for any reason. You will need to wait out the cooldown before making any changes. Please note that in order to make changes, you must deactivate Cross Save, which triggers a 90 day cooldown. Heay, The problem is that I can't disable cross save by buying silver on my XBOX. Although I just want the connection off of Steam because I have all my characters on my XBOX. It only shows me the Steam character that is 1350 and not my XBOX character. The question now is whether I can somehow disable it beforehand.
