Wish to remove/unlink my deleted xbox and stadia accounts from bungie crossave without disabling
I wonder if its possible to remove the xbox and stadia accounts from the crossave without disabling it as i cannot access my old ps4 account anymore

This is not possible. Disabling cross save requires authentication on each account. If you can't get your login information, you'll need to work with the platform support to assist you.
