Dead Messenger Catalyst Not dropping
Finished the master "Vox Obscura" and I didn't receive the dead messenger catalyst from it.
I do have the quest, it didn't progress. I also got the triumph for completing the mission on Master.
The unlisted video shows the completion, my friends got the catalyst, just not me.

Did you use your dead messenger to upgrade something. Pull it out of collections and check you post master?
