Bungie Support really shouldn't be automated in this way
I understand the need for automation on help subjects and stuff but this system needs to be redone to a digital form with tick boxes if it's going to do this sorta thing.
Luckily If I don't respond I will not have my account deleted... as far as I'm aware but, this process just doesn't work if people want to enact multiple rights.
I have also received a follow up email saying it will do right of access but my account details are still wrong so idk what I can do next.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
