Outbreak/Monarque catalysts
Maybe I’m just massively unlucky or the drop rates are stupid low but I’ve done at least 42 strikes since WQ (two Xur cipher quests) plus more and haven’t had either catalyst drop. Anyone else? This is kinda ridiculous

yeah I've had all of them, they are dropping, got 4th horseman in gambit, le monarque, outbreak in strikes and whisper in NF, just rng innit

1 ReplyJust unlucky, I got Le Monarch after I think 9 strikes but not had the Outbreak. My hubby has had both drop from only a few strikes.
