I finished and crafted the Exotic Glaive on my Titan, and then got the pattern to drop from wellspring on my Warlock, but on step 4 of 11 when you have to place the osmic fragment in the cauldron in the Queen's Bailey, the Caldron does not spawn. I tried a few different things which didn't work
1: going back to the Enclave to craft the glaive
2: checking postmaster
3: checking abandoned quests
4: playing with a player on the same step. It marked the caldron when tracking the quest, and let me hold square to place the osmic fragment, but after holding down so the white circle fills, the square prompt appears again. After completing the remaining steps on the throne world, The other player made me fireteam leader and I tried it again, and then he left the fireteam and the caldron despawned.
I was thinking about abandoning the quest and picking it up again from quest kiosk, but I didn't want to risking losing the quest altogether.

This is still glitched out for me after Destiny 2 Hotfix 6.3.0.5. I originally got the pattern on my second character before the patch. I was able to get the glaive on my third character because of the patch. When I go to the Enclave, it’s telling me that I don’t have the pattern. I ended up dismantling the quest since you no longer need it for your other characters. Hopefully this gets fixed before Lightfall

Edited by zooloo: 3/19/2022 12:00:33 AMI have the same problem :( Do NOT dismantle the quest ...I did, and it does not seem possible to regain it. :( I'm sure Bungie will fix this soon

I have the same issue too. Finished Exotic Quest on my Titan, then attempted to get it for my Warlock. Got the exotic pattern dropped from Wellspring, unlocked the Triumph that I unlocked the pattern. Went to the Enclave to craft it just for it to tell me, that I haven't unlocked it yet. I tried crafting it from collections, restarting the game, looking at Quest Kiosk, nothing. I assume it's a bug and I hope it gets fixed asap

The quest is only meant to be completed on one character, to earn the pattern to craft the other two exotic glaives you need to earn them as a random drop from normal or master wellspring. When hovering over potential rewards from wellspring one of the rewards should say weapon pattern, that is how you will know it is earnable but it is rng drop unfortunately.
