This is a bug, Bungie are aware of it and are actively investigating it.

I certainly hope it's getting fixed, because this is quite irritating.

This is some bs bungie I have had this as an ornament since they came out and now they are gone when is this getting fixed and I better not have to go out of my way to get them back.
