Pre order rewards

I pre ordered destiny 2 the witch queen and was supposed to get pre order rewards I have yet to receive them I feel straight up deceived and robbed like I have been lied to I would like a refund I do not want the game anymore due to being lied to

I am on about the normal version not deluxe version you was supposed to receive a ghost and emblem upon pre order purchase
