Vendor Rank Reward Not Available to Claim

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this same issue (the rest of my Fireteam seems to be doing just fine), but I've been encountering the inability to claim rewards from both Vendor Rank Ups and Milestone Ranks, like Banshee shown in the attached picture. I believe this issue might be specific to the 4.0.0.1 update, and may be specific to Banshee alone as well, without further testing of the other Tower Vendors - If I remember right I think that Fynch was giving rewards properly. There may be just a delay in the rank being applied however as I ranked up to 3 last night and had this issue, and upon logging in today there were two engrams that I could claim. I worried that I might lose the rewards, since with the long xbox loading times as well, I have had other issues. Before the Season of the Lost ended I reached 190, and the Bright Engram reward was turned in but never resolved. And I did check, there was nothing new anywhere in my menus, including Collections. Here's hoping that I'm just unlucky and this issue isn't affecting any other Guardians! (and upon my next return to the Tower I can claim my rewards.)
