Acquire an Inactive Clan's Name
Is there a means or appeal process through which we can acquire the use of a clan name from a clan that's been inactive for multiple years?

Hi there. No, there is not. Bungie does not get involved in clan matters unless the clan violates the Code of Conduct. Your only options are to try and contact the founder of said clan to request they change their name, or pick a different name.
