I play on Xbox one and I got an email from [REDACTED] that said my purchase of the witch queen deluxe and 30th anniversary bundle got cancelled even though I bought it in October. I got it yesterday thinking it was a scam, but I logged into destiny 2 today and none of the stuff I bought is there and is giving me the screen to buy witch queen. I spent over $100 on this and haven't gotten a refund for it. If anything I'd either like my money back or my purchase to be restored instead of cancelled. I've rules out a few possible causes for what might've gone wrong: I have gotten a new debit card since then, I have also gotten a new phone, but I wouldn't think these would have anything to do with my purchase I made coming from the same banking account.
