This has also happened to me, I bought the deluxe preorder in October and the payment went through because I have been playing the dungeon and other pack content since it dropped. I got on today though and it says I don't have it and looking at the order history says my preorder failed even though I've been playing the 30th anniversary pack for 2 months. So I'm confused I sincerely hope Bungie fix it because I don't want to pay for the expansion again.

I too recieved this email, and im getting spammed with pre order notifiications in game. However I bought the 30th anni + Deluxe WQ combo months ago? I still have the original purchase in my microsoft account history and it says paid.

The same thing happened to me today too. I called Xbox Support (which was EXTREMELY RUDE and unhelpful) and they said my charge was declined (I've been playing 30th Anniversary for 4 months now). My fiancé bought the game for me as a gift but even if the charge was not run until now for some reason (I have the Wicth Queen Digital Deluxe version so maybe they bill closer to 2/22) the funds are available on the card so there is no reason for it to decline. I am waiting for her to return from work to check her statements to verify it was not charged back in October, but either way there needs to be something looked into here as I can't imagine that multiple people having this problem is not indicative of a bigger issue, especially with updates and prep for Witch Queen happening.

Go to microsoft.com and log into your account, then go to your purchase history and find your Witch Queen purchase. Check the status on that purchase, if the status is anything other than Completed then Microsoft has rejected your order. If this is the case you will need to contact Microsoft support for additional assistance.

Hey Jynx, I had the same problem. I did some research and as it turns out, most Xbox players weren't immediately charged when they first pre-ordered the bundle. Instead, we're charged 10 days before the launch of the Witch Queen. This meant that, at least in my case, the purchase was charged on an old or expired credit or debit card, which means it wasn't charged at all. You paid no money for it, which is why you can't currently access it. What I did and how I recommend you do to fix this is go to microsoft.com, sign in, then change your current payment method. Once you've changed it to something acceptable, The bundle should be available for purchase. Buy it with your new card, and voila! You should have access to the full content of the bundle.

I also have the same issue with this and 30th edition. Went to go on frasp of avarice and says I don't have the 30th edition. Odd as Iver been smashing it up and down for weeks.

The game will not show up in-game until it has been released it will show as owned on your platform so you have nothing to worry about.
