Not sure what happened but this is the 2nd time this has happened. I didnt have an exotic cypher when i completed xur's quest so im not sure why its disappearing. I thought if this was the case, i would just lose one cypher but im left with none, which leads me to believe they cancelled eachother out. Again, i didnt have another cypher at the time but i was trying to think of reasons it happened. Please, if anyone can help me out or explain what is happening, it would be greatly appreciated
