So I did some testing and my buddies and I were farming dreaming city bounties and quests and I go to turn the gateway between worlds bounty to get my offering and get the Oracle chest and lo and behold it doesn't drop a purification ritual which I found odd and I used to farm this every week of forsaken for months and not once did I not receive a purification ritual. Back to my story though, I turned the same bounty in 3 times and got nothing on all three characters. So i did some research a few people state that you can only have one of each type of purification rituals which has always been the case PER CHARACTER you would never get a double on the same character but it seems to be account-wide now if anything. But when I turned my bounties in I didn't have one of each kind I only had 3 different ones. This was an extreme letdown especially for the amount of work you have to put in to get the bounty done each week only to find there's a chance you won't get a purification ritual.
