Didn't receive triumph for solo flawless Shattered throne
I just finished Shattered throne solo run and I had a solo flawless message at the bottom of the screen after finishing the last boss, but I didn't get any triumph for it.
I also had an issue with Ogre stage in the proccess - when I dropped to the boss area, nobody spawned there and I had no other option than to exit to orbit and return to the dungeon to continue my run. I assume that might be the reason.
I included google drive folder with my run result and a video where I run around the Ogre zone and nobody spawns. I would like to know if I have to rerun manually again or it was some kind of bug and I can get the triumph another way.

The game does not store the flawless or solo state of the checkpoint, so a flawless run has to be completed in one single run. The emblem trackers may track different things, like personal deathless completions, or count checkpoint runs as full ones. But the triumph does not.
