I've been waiting for a response from someone, [b][i]ANYONE[/i][/b] on the status of my Vault of Glass raid ring for several months now and can't seem to get in contact with an actual human via the Bungie Store customer service page so I'm coming to the forums hoping something can happen. The UPS tracking number leads to a page that says it's still being prepared like it has said for several months now and whenever I try to contact customer service about my order I get an automated response dealing with the shipping times of everything but my raid ring. Asked about an update to this order given on September 28th on November 16th since I still had no ring at the time (Still no update as of this time):

Got the following response that someone would reach out to me which never happened (and which I responded to today):

And got no correspondence on it since.
Lastly, I've tried reaching out using the Customer Service section of the store today ([url]https://bungiestore.com/customer-service[/url]) and received a response saying someone would reach out to me as well as an automated response immediately after it seen here:

Please just give me my raid ring or a refund for it. I really want the ring because me and my friends really worked hard for it but at this point I don't care. I'm trying to get preparred for the NEXT raid race and I'm extremely uneasy about the idea of potentially throwing even more money down the drain for items that'll take longer than my current lease to get to me as the ring and jacket have.
