Constant error messages and boots please help before i just quit your game

Please help me understand why i am now constantly being booted from activities..i am on xbox one and have been playing D2 since it came out. I always got red band error messages and occasionally got booted. Over the past month it has been continuous, anywhere from 30 seconds in game to twenty minutes. I have been threatened with a ban now. The only significant erro in the xbox is high packet loss. All other games work online and in multiplayer. No solutions have fixed this. I am on an xfinity xfi router model 6. I have read conflicting reports in this forum about their routers. Some say they use bad chipsets but then i check elsewhere and i find they use the recommended chipsets. So which is it? Does anyone anywhere actually know? I was a D2 devotee but now I'm faced with just quitting because zero found solutions have worked and it's frankly not worth all the frustration. I already despise computers, at least before i had one that worked.

  • Are you on wired or wireless? What is your NAT on XBOX? When you run the speed test on your XBOX what are the stats it shows? What are your speeds your internet provider gives you? If you are getting warnings on your XBOX about packet loss, then your network connection is literally crap. That means it's not only Destiny that is having problems, it is just the only one moderating your problems because most other games have built in solutions as they are on dedicated servers. Because Destiny is NOT on dedicated servers, you will experience significant problems with a high packet loss/high jitter/high ping connection.
