Multiple Vendors Blinking
Splicer Servitor and Xur in Treasure Hoard are blinking for me. I'm hearing people say that the Drifter is doing it to them. No quests or items to be completed on all 3 characters pics provided.

The drifter has been an issue even though he was fixed. Xur and Servitor also are the same issue when you collect a reward they then start flashing This will stop at the next reset until you collect a reward again and it will start again.
