I completed the Crucible Weekly Challenge, 8 Bounties, but didn't receive my reward due to a session error.

In the tower session where I stayed before the weekly reset, I confirmed that the weekly reset was done through the Eververse Shop and completed (clicked) the 8 Crucible Bounties that I had done in advance. However, Lode Shaxx did not recognize it, and did not give me the Bright Dust due to be paid. When I opened the map to check, I noticed that the progress of the Tower's Weekly Challenge vendors was maintaining the status (completed) from the previous week. When I went out to orbit and checked the tower again, they were all reset, and the completed bounty was not counted. Please check this issue, check the missing bounty progress, and give the promised Bright Dust in return for the challenge. ps. This inquiry was written using a translator.
